It is with joy that I accepted the honorary presidency of Vaudreuil-Soulanges Wine Show carried out for the benefit of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation. Over the years, Desjardins Vaudreuil-Soulanges has become the charitable event that identifies our hospital project and has always proudly contributed to this great citizen mobilization.
Beyond the amounts raised, I must highlight the volunteer involvement associated with the participation of numerous local restaurateurs, local winemakers and representatives of wine agencies who are mobilizing to make this show a place for meetings and epicurean pleasures.
The table is set to welcome you to this major annual event which, year after year, brings us closer to the arrival of the hospital by collectively supporting the mission of its foundation, which works tirelessly for the health of Vaudreuil-Soulangeois.
Looking forward to meeting you at this 18th meeting,
Next May 15 will take place the 19E edition of the Wine Salon under the honorary presidency of Mr. Frédéric Lalonde, Ms. Stéphanie Savoie and Mr. Stéphanie Binette, owners of the company Informatique Commerciale du Surooît (ICS) Inc. This annual wine event will take place at the Vaudreuil-Dorion Municipal Arena and will bring together more than 30 wine agencies as well as regional gastronomic partners. This show attracts nearly 900 visitors made up of business people, citizens and elected officials from our 23 municipalities in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
As in previous years, the show can count on the unwavering contribution of partners from the regional business community who are mobilizing around this charitable event.
The money raised is used, among other things, to buy equipment and to offer activities for the residents of our CHSLDs, while waiting for the opening of our hospital at the end of 2026.
The HVS Foundation always counts on the support of the population to support it.
