The Fondation du CSSS de Vaudreuil-Soulanges was established on December 22, 2009, with an initial board composed of provisional directors from the CSSS, either as officers or employees.
December 15, 2010
On 15/12/2010, the provisional board of directors mandated Mr. Jean-Paul Régis to form a new board composed mainly of people involved in the citizens' committee for the future hospital in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
From that moment on, Mr. Jean-Paul Régis asked all the members of the citizens' committee for the hospital to be part of the new C.A. (hospital-component) to replace the members of the provisional council of the Fondation du CSSS de Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
April 6 2011
On 06/04/2011, the first meeting of the new board of directors (hospital component) took place, composed mainly of people from the hospital citizens' committee.
Board members (hospital component), 10 members: Gilles Boyer, Richard Chartrand, Richard Chartrand, Richard Dubois, Stéphanie Gagnon, Céline Pilon, Denis Lapointe, Bernard Renaud, François Ringuette, François Ringuette, Jean-Paul Ringuette, Jean-Paul Ringuette, Jean-Paul Ringuette, Jean-Paul Ringuette, Jean-Paul Régis and Gilbert Beaulieu (president of the provisional Board of Directors).

25/01/2012 at the Foundation's AGM (1st) (hospital component), the CSSS appointed Mr. Gaëtan Martin as representative.
